Where is my crypto deposit?
To deposit crypto to Krak, your account must be verified.
Sign in to your Krak account. Tap the + and then tap Deposit.

Search or scroll to find the crypto you want to deposit and select it.

Choose your network. Some cryptocurrencies support multiple networks. (example is showing Bitcoin)
Important: Only deposit using a network that is available and supported for your chosen crypto on Kraken.

Read the Instructions and tap I understand once ready.

Copy the deposit address (and any additional required info*) using the copy icon. Paste it into your sending platform or wallet. Try to avoid typing the address manually.
You may also scan the provided QR code.
Once you’re ready, tap done. You will then be taken back to your Krak homepage.
Some cryptocurrencies can be sent via multiple different networks. Make sure you are using a network and cryptocurrency we support so that funds are not lost.
After sending the crypto, your deposit will appear in your Krak account once the required confirmations are completed on the blockchain. Check processing times here.
Cryptocurrency deposits sent via PrivateSend, CoinJoin, or other obfuscation tools will not be credited and may be lost.
Note:
The only way for a deposit address to be removed is for it to expire. Valid transactions sent to an expired deposit address can still be credited minus a fee.
