Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once funds leave your account they can’t be reversed or recalled, and Krak can’t recover them for you.
If you have lost crypto to a scam, expect to be contacted by someone offering to get it back. These offers are almost always a second scam, run by people who know you have already lost money.
A recovery scam is a form of advance-fee fraud. You are asked to pay upfront for the promise of a much larger sum later. The payment disappears and no funds are recovered.
These scams target people who have already been defrauded, because those people are known to be willing to pay and are motivated to act quickly.
Treat any of these as a reason to stop:

If you are contacted by someone claiming to be from a Krak recovery, asset recovery or fund release team, it is not us. Krak has no such team. Verify any contact claiming to be from Krak before responding. See Is this email from Krak?
