How to Activate Your Card

Virtual cards do not require a separate activation step, they are ready to use as soon as they are issued in the app. Physical cards must be activated once you receive them.
Steps to activate a physical card

Open the Krak app and tap the card on the homepage.

Under card settings, tap Activate card.

Enter the 3-digit code on the back of your physical card.
You have 4 attempts before your card locks. If it locks, please contact Support.

Choose a PIN and enter it twice to confirm. Use a PIN that is different from your device PIN and any PINs used on other cards.

That’s it,your card is now ready to use.
