Managing your PIN

When you activate a physical card, you’ll be prompted to set a PIN.

How to change your PIN:

Tap the card icon on the top right of your screen. You will see your cards side by side.

Tap Change PIN.

Enter a new PIN.

Enter your new PIN again to confirm. If the two entries don’t match, you will see an error.

That’s it — your PIN has changed.
If you have forgotten your PIN, follow the instructions on the Krak help forms page. PIN management is identical across the Krak and Kraken card brands where applicable to physical cards.
