Krak Rewards FAQ

Please note:

Starting October 15, 2026, we're increasing the average balance required to qualify for each rewards tier, and adjusting cashback rates accordingly.

Your tier is calculated automatically based on your average balance, so there's nothing you need to do. Your new tier and rate will apply automatically once the changes take effect.

Ordering a metal card currently requires a $50,000 balance. From October 15, 2026, it will require Elite tier or above, with an average balance of $75,000.

Reward Tiers

What are the Krak Rewards tiers?

There are five tiers based on your account balance, where the more balance you hold equates to a higher tier:

Cashback & Salary Match

When is cashback paid?

When you authorize a transaction, you will instantly see the amount of cashback you should earn once the transaction is finalized. Cashback is then made available the instant the merchant finalizes.

When is salary match paid?

Salary match is paid monthly.

What currency is my cashback and salary match paid in?

You can choose the currency you'd like to receive cashback and salary match in, options include BTC and your local fiat currency - GBP for UK, EUR for EEA, and USD for US. You can set or update your preference in the rewards settings within the app.
