US Krak Metal Card

The Krak Metal Card is our top-tier physical card, crafted from 16 grams of precision-milled stainless steel. The more you hold, the more you unlock: maximum cashback and exclusive access.

Eligibility is based on your Assets on Platform (AOP) across:

  • Krak

  • Kraken

  • Kraken Pro

You qualify with $50,000 or more in assets on the platform.

If you are eligible, it's free — you earn it by qualifying rather than buying it.

  • Your first Metal Card is complimentary.

  • Replacements incur a $60 fee.

If you're eligible:

  1. Open the Krak app

  2. Go to Card Home

  3. Select Get a Metal Card

  4. Choose Metal and complete the order

You can start spending immediately with your virtual card.

Your physical Metal Card will:

  • Arrive within 14 days

  • Appear inactive until you activate it

  • Have a new card number, expiry date and security code

If you qualify after ordering a plastic card, you'll be notified in-app and by email and can order a Metal Card at no cost. It is an additional card, not a replacement.

If you don't qualify yet, the Metal Card appears locked, showing how close you are to qualifying.

  1. Log in to the Krak app.

  2. Get your Metal Card packaging.

  3. Scan the QR code on the packaging.

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm receipt.

  5. Tap Set PIN.

  6. Create your PIN.

Subject to change. ATM withdrawals do not earn cashback; $0.50 minimum transaction amount for cashback. Your cashback rate depends on the average assets you hold with Krak, Kraken and Kraken Pro. Terms and conditions apply.
