Krak offers phone support as a secure way to get help with your account. To protect you from impersonation scams, we’ve introduced important changes to how voice support works, including an in-app feature that lets you verify you’re speaking with a real Krak Support specialist.
To guarantee the highest level of service and security, voice support is only available through the Krak apps, and only in specific situations where a call is the most appropriate resolution path.
Where applicable, a Call us option will appear in the Support tab within the Krak mobile app. Voice support cannot be accessed by dialing a number directly. Any phone number you find online claiming to be Krak Support should be treated as a potential phishing scam.
If Voice Support isn’t available for you, we encourage you to get in touch with our team via our other contact channels, or use our Support Center to search for answers to common questions.
When you initiate a call from within a Krak app, you can confirm in real time that you’re speaking with a Krak Support specialist, without relying on caller ID. During an active call, a banner will appear on your app homepage confirming that you are connected to Krak Support.
If the Krak support team needs to call you, a member of our support team will schedule the call in advance with you. at the start of the call, you'll be prompted to open the Krak mobile app and verify your call with a one-time code. this is to help you verify that you are speaking with a member of our support team.
If you're using the app while on an unverified call, a warning banner will display while the call is active. if someone calls you claiming to be from Krak and the call has not been verified, please hang up immediately and contact our support team on live chat or by submitting a scam report.

Phone numbers found online: If you find a phone number online that claims to be Krak Support, do not call it. Krak does not publish direct dial-in support numbers. These listings are phishing attempts designed to steal your account credentials or funds.
Unexpected calls: Krak Support will not call you without first arranging contact through email or chat support. If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from Krak without having initiated contact with our team, hang up immediately and contact us directly through the app to verify.
Phishing emails: Emails from Krak will always have the @krak.app domain name at the end of them. This includes sub-domains such as @email.krak.app. If you are unsure about the origin of an email you received, check our guide before clicking any links: Is this email from Krak?
Be sure to review our guide for securing your account.
